Join a growing manufacturing team producing precision components used across a variety of industries. In this role, you’ll operate CNC equipment, ensure quality standards are met, and support efficient production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathe equipment to produce quality parts
- Perform minor tool offsets and adjustments as needed
- Load raw materials and monitor machining processes
- Inspect finished parts to ensure specifications are met
- Perform basic machine maintenance and upkeep
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous CNC or machine operation experience required
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently or on a team

The base salary for this position is $17 per hour or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
