Job Description
Individual will be responsible for setting up and operating swiss screw machines and multi-spindle lathe machines. Individual will adhere to current ISO requirements and observe all safety and housekeeping requirements. This role includes performing machine setups, adjustments, and ensuring parts meet quality specifications.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for operation of swiss and lathe machines including loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips
· Responsible for performing setup including tooling changes and adjustments to ensure conformance to specifications
· Responsible for conformance with quality specifications
· Ability to assist in troubleshooting and maintenance activities
· General housekeeping of work area

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year prior swiss setup or lathe setup experience or related education (not a trainable position)
· High school diploma or GED preferred with basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memorandums, and correspondence
· Ability to read and decipher electrical schematics and machine drawings
· Ability to stand for extended periods, lift over 30 pounds, and work in hot and cold environments

The pay for this position is $52,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
