Job Description
The Production Technician supports the manufacturing of medical devices through the assembly of disposable plastic components and electromechanical control modules. This role is structured across three levels, offering growth in technical skills, responsibility, and compensation. Technicians will work in cleanroom and production environments while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Cross-training and flexibility across product lines are key to supporting production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical device components in accordance with written procedures, drawings, and work instructions
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO requirements, and quality system procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records
- Support cross-training across disposable and control module subassemblies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and computer documentation systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Good manual dexterity and normal or corrected vision

The base salary range for this position is $21-23 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
