Job Description
We are seeking dependable Utility/General Labor associates to support production operations at Agrati in Medina, Ohio. This hands-on role focuses heavily on machine cleanouts, plant housekeeping, and supporting maintenance and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable getting dirty and working around industrial equipment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Perform machine cleanouts on production equipment and maintain cleanliness of work areas
· Assist maintenance with preventative tasks, including lubrication and minor upkeep
· Remove scrap, chip hoppers, slug hoppers, and general plant waste
· Support facility upkeep including restrooms, groundskeeping, and housekeeping tasks
· Assist with washing equipment, chemical additions, and maintaining water/oil levels

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic math calculations
· Comfortable performing physical labor including bending, lifting, kneeling, and reaching
· Willingness to work in dirty environments and wear required PPE
· Ability to operate or learn mobile equipment (forklifts, etc.)
· Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

The base salary range for this position is $34,000–$38,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
