Job Description
Play a critical role in producing high-quality fabric used in uniforms, workwear, and flame-resistant protective apparel. As a Dye Machine Operator, you will safely operate and monitor complex dyeing machinery to ensure efficiency and product quality. You will follow work orders and instructions while contributing to a team-focused production environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in a leading textile manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor dye machines to ensure safe and efficient production
• Follow written work orders and verbal instructions from supervisors
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report concerns as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Prior experience operating dyeing or finishing machinery in textiles or manufacturing
• Basic computer knowledge for machine operation and documentation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate motorized equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or tuggers
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment and collaborate with team members

The base pay range for this position is $34,000–$36,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
