Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting production goals and maintaining high company standards within a streamlined fulfillment environment. You will be responsible for managing and tracking inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will also assist with incoming shipments and inventory evaluation to meet manufacturing needs.
Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain accurate inventory of all purchased and produced items
• Evaluate and monitor inventory levels to meet production and manufacturing needs
• Unpack and inspect incoming shipments, documenting shortages or damages
• Communicate with shippers to resolve discrepancies and damaged goods
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Adhere to warehouse policies (no personal items on floor; sealed beverages only)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The base pay range for this position is $30,000–$34,320 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
