Job Description
Recruiters are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing Fleet Owners while driving recruitment efforts for independent contractors. This role utilizes both inbound and outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and networking, to generate leads and grow fleet partnerships. The position plays a key role in promoting the company’s brand through events, truck shows, and industry engagement. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting activities simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and sustain an account base of Fleet Owners to support growth
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic relationship building
• Execute inbound and outbound recruiting campaigns
• Attend truck shows, workshops, and industry events to promote and recruit Owner-Operators
• Review candidate qualifications including driving records, employment history, and safety compliance

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
• Prior experience in recruiting, sales, and/or transportation industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel locally (25%–50%) and work flexible hours as needed

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $41,600 – $52,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
