Join a well-established elder law firm as a Legal Assistant supporting attorneys in probate, trust administration, and related legal matters. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a client-focused environment. You will play a key role in preparing legal documents, coordinating with courts and clients, and ensuring case files are accurate and up to date. · Support trust administration tasks such as asset tracking, beneficiary communication, and file organization
· Draft, format, and proofread legal briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
· Maintain accurate case files and manage calendars, deadlines, and court coordination
· Conduct basic legal research and assist with Long-Term Care Medicaid matters
· Assist attorneys with probate proceedings, including preparation and filing of court documents

Qualifications and Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in probate and trust administration
· Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting
· Experience drafting or assisting with legal briefs
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software

The base salary range for this position is $47,840–$60,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
