Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring electronic assemblies meet strict quality and industry standards. This position involves inspecting materials and finished products at multiple stages of production using detailed documentation and precision tools. You will help identify defects, verify proper assembly, and maintain accurate inspection records to support overall product quality.
Responsibilities:
· Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on electronic assemblies
· Inspect wiring, components, soldering, and assemblies for defects or nonconformance
· Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
· Review blueprints, drawings, and production documents to ensure accuracy
· Record inspection results, defects, and rework requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School Diploma required
· IPC/J-STD certification required (trainer certification a plus)
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly documents
· Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
· Knowledge of statistical inspection processes and ESD controls
