Your Role:
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will play an important role in a precision manufacturing environment producing high-quality components made from complex metals and polymers. This position is ideal for someone with prior CNC lathe experience who is comfortable working independently, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced machine shop.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Lathe machines to produce parts to specification
- Perform work offsets, tool offsets, and minor program adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous CNC Lathe experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience with live tooling is a plus
- Aerospace industry experience is a plus
- Ownership of basic machinist tools is helpful but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

The base salary for this position is up to $24 per hour excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
