Job Description
As a Chemical Operator, you will play a critical role in the chemical manufacturing process by safely producing and handling chemical batches. You will operate process equipment, monitor production, and complete required documentation to ensure quality and compliance. This position requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while adhering to strict safety standards. Entry-level associates will be trained in chemical processing and material handling while rotating across shifts.

• Operate process equipment and computer systems to manufacture chemical batches
• Handle, mix, and package chemical products up to 50 lbs.
• Perform basic chemical testing and monitor production processes
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and batch documentation
• Follow safety procedures and participate in plant safety initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and wear a respirator
• Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems)
