Job Description
This Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager role supports enterprise-level ERP initiatives with a focus on HCM systems. The position is responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting system configuration and implementation efforts. This role also leads project coordination, testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP platforms and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Design process flows, system workflows, and application solutions
• Serve as SME for HCM modules, including Time & Labor, Payroll for North America, and Commitment Accounting
• Support system configuration, integration, and implementation efforts
• Develop test plans, lead UAT, and validate system functionality
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Support data migration, data validation, and change management activities
Qualifications and Requirements
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems
• Experience with Time & Labor, Payroll for North America, and Commitment Accounting
• Proven ability to write functional specifications and system documentation
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• CJIS clearance required

The base pay range for this position is $43.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
