Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to run low-to-medium volume production jobs. This role focuses on producing quality parts in quantities typically ranging from 25 to 100 pieces, rather than high-volume runs. The ideal candidate will be reliable, attentive, and committed to maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts
- Load and secure parts correctly in the vise prior to machining
- Run production jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and visual consistency
- Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred (mills)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic understanding of part inspection and measurement tools
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
