Job Description
The CNC Machine Operator produces high-quality machined parts while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This role involves operating CNC mills and lathes, monitoring production, and ensuring accurate documentation of processes. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous improvement and minimizing defects. Success in this role contributes to increased productivity, reduced errors, and overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
· Operate CNC mill and lathe machines while documenting production using data collection sheets and Microsoft Navision
· Perform machine adjustments after completing required training and documentation
· Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure product quality and defect-free output
· Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks and perform basic deburring and finishing tasks
· Follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and maintain consistent attendance and teamwork across departments
· Perform machine adjustments after completing required training and documentation

· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience
· Mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work overtime as needed

The base salary range for this position is $45,760–$58,240, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
