Job Description
As a kitting associate, you will play a key role in bringing products together by assembling components into ready-to-ship kits that keep operations moving. You will work hands-on with materials, ensuring every kit is accurate, organized, and built to meet quality standards. In this fast-paced environment, your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and delivery success. Responsibilities:
- Assemble kits by gathering and combining multiple components according to work orders or instructions
- Verify accuracy of parts, quantities, and labeling before completing each kit
- Package and label finished kits for shipment or internal use
- Maintain organized inventory of kitting materials and report shortages or discrepancies
- Use scanners or inventory systems to track materials and completed kits
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1 year of general labor experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions
