Job Description
As a General Labor Associate, you will play a key role in supporting production by assisting with raw material processing and operating a variety of equipment throughout the facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep production running efficiently while maintaining quality standards. You’ll work alongside a team to complete tasks across multiple areas, making flexibility and a strong work ethic essential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and machinery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with raw material processing and support production operations as assigned
· Operate and work around equipment such as mills, punch presses, slitters, and related machinery
· Monitor product quality and follow standard work instructions to meet specifications
· Identify and separate nonconforming materials while communicating issues to supervisors
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
· Ability to learn and safely operate various machines and tools in a production setting
· Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
