Job Description
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for managing daily customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while coordinating with internal teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, and Distribution. The position focuses on maintaining high service standards, resolving issues, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately within the ERP system
• Monitor order status, backlog, and delivery timelines
• Communicate order confirmations, shipment updates, and resolve customer issues
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams for on-time fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of customer service, order management, or supply chain experience
• Experience with ERP systems and order entry processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
