- Provide leadership across core IT infrastructure functions including systems, networking, cybersecurity, and help desk operations.
- Evaluate and optimize the current technology stack, identifying redundancies, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee network architecture, security, and connectivity across the organization.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including tools, policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Assess and improve IT support and help desk operations, enhancing service delivery and team effectiveness.
- Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy with organizational priorities.
- Act as a player/coach when needed, providing hands-on support and technical guidance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure team members, while supporting organizational change and growth initiatives.
- Proven experience leading IT infrastructure functions within small-to-mid sized organizations.
- Hands-on leadership across systems, networking, cybersecurity, and IT support environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Experience evaluating and consolidating technology stacks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Demonstrated ability to improve IT service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across leadership and technical teams.
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, evolving environment with changing priorities.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
