Job Summary
One of Houston’s largest government employers is seeking to fill several Customer Service Clerk positions for their Health and Human Services department.
Responsibilities:
- Provides clerical/Administrative support to ensure quality customer service assistance.
- Performs basic research and gathers necessary information to resolve routine customer service work.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
Must have good communication skills and provide great customer service to all our participants
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One to Two years of Customer Service experience are required.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and comply with AP 2-2 policy.
- Requires a high school diploma or a GED .
- Six months of clerical/customer service experience are required.
