Job Description
We are partnering with a busy Behavioral Health & Wellness clinic seeking a dedicated Remote Medical Biller to support their billing department with denial management.
Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve denied or rejected medical claims.
- Research payer guidelines and determine appropriate corrections or appeals.
- Submit corrected claims and appeal documentation to insurance carriers.
- Follow up with payers on denied, underpaid, or outstanding claims.
- Document denial activity and maintain accurate billing records.
- Identify denial trends and collaborate with teams to prevent future issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One (1) to three (3) years of Medical Biller experience is required.
- Must have strong knowledge of denial management.
- Familiarity with using Credible HER and Office Ally clearinghouse.
- Have access to personal laptop/computer; equipment won’t be provided for the role.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
