Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of field operations across multiple active construction projects. This role ensures work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards while coordinating closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously while leveraging modern construction management tools and digital systems to keep operations organized and efficient.
This organization operates as a paperless, mobile-first environment. Project Managers are expected to be comfortable using modern digital construction and project management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day field operations across multiple active construction projects
- Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules to meet production and delivery timelines
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labor resources to support project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards
- Supervise field supervisors, foremen, and installation crews across multiple job sites
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards, company policies, and applicable transportation regulations
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clients during project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Provide regular status updates, operational reports, and performance metrics to leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, project coordination, and cost control
- Support implementation of operational systems, fleet tracking tools, and field technology
- Ensure field personnel maintain required licenses, certifications, and safety training
- Document project incidents and assist with corrective actions when needed
- Support additional operational initiatives as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or field operations leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and field crews simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction methods, job site coordination, and safety standards
- Experience with transportation or fleet compliance regulations is beneficial
- Proficiency with project scheduling, reporting tools, and digital collaboration platforms
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to support communication with field teams

The base pay range for this position is $110,000–$115,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
