Job Description
As a Quality Control Technician, you will help ensure products meet company and customer standards throughout the production process. This role includes checking materials during production, recording results, and communicating any issues to the production team. You will also help keep quality records organized and assist with training team members on simple quality checks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
· Check products during different stages of production to ensure quality standards are met
· Record inspection results and maintain basic quality records using a computer
· Identify and report materials that do not meet company or customer requirements
· Help update quality documents and communicate results with the production team
· Assist with inventory counts, workflow of materials, and packaging when needed

Qualifications and Requirements
· High school diploma or GED required
· At least 2 years of quality, manufacturing, or production experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Knowledge of quality concepts such as control limits, measurement systems, and root cause analysis methods (Five Whys, PDCA, FMEA)
