Job Description
The CNC Operator is responsible for cutting and processing of parts using various cutting technologies while working from blueprints and specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately measure and fabricate materials to required tolerances. Operators work with multiple cutting tools and machines while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. The position supports production goals while maintaining adherence to company values and operational pillars.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions to accurately process parts
- Operate cutting equipment including band saws, torch, plasma, and shear machines
- Perform notching, punching, and press brake functions as required
- Inspect materials and measurements to ensure quality and accuracy
- Safely move materials using a forklift and assist with general production duties
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 5+ years of relevant mechanical, technical, machining, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand angles, pitch, rise, and run calculations
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in outdoor environments year-round and in varying weather conditions

The base salary range for this position is $24-30 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
