Job Description
Oversee maintenance operations for a residential community, coordinating repairs, supervising maintenance activities, and managing vendor relationships to ensure the property is safe and well maintained. This role includes assessing repair needs, coordinating contractors such as electricians and plumbers, and supporting facility improvement projects. The position requires strong project coordination skills, maintenance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee property maintenance operations and facility improvement projects
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work
- Assess repair needs, estimate timelines, and monitor project progress
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff when applicable
- Manage work orders, maintenance records, and supply inventory
- Ensure safety procedures and property standards are followed
- Support emergency response and on-call needs as required
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3+ years of property maintenance or maintenance supervisor experience
- Experience coordinating vendors/contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
- Residential or property management maintenance experience
- Experience supporting renovation or facility repair projects
- Leadership or maintenance staff supervision experience

The base pay range for this position is $27-32/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
