Job Description
Join our client’s fast-paced warehouse team as a Forklift Operator / Cherry Picker in Randleman, NC. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials and orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse productivity. This position offers stability, growth potential, and the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a cherry picker and/or sit-down forklift to safely move materials and complete order selections
- Ensure accurate order selection, staging, and inventory management
- Load and unload products while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Follow established warehouse protocols and maintain equipment properly
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in order selection, distribution, or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Strong record of reliability and good attendance
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
