Job Description
As a Bilingual Front Desk, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, visitors, and vendors. In this role, you will support daily front desk operations while assisting the Human Resources department with administrative and employee-related matters. This position requires professionalism, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors, employees, and applicants while maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area
- Assist with employee badge distribution, tracking, and deactivation of inactive badges
- Maintain accurate records related to badge inventory and access control
- Provide general HR support, including answering routine questions and directing employees to the appropriate HR representative or manager
- Redirect applicants and talents to appropriate staffing agencies or internal hiring managers as needed
- Support onboarding logistics, documentation routing, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic records using company systems
- Assist with other front desk and HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous front desk, administrative, or HR support experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general data entry
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must successfully pass pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $33,280, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
