Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Case Picker to join our 2nd shift team in a fast-paced food distribution facility. The Case Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and staging customer orders using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stack food products based on order sheets or RF scanner instructions
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently
- Build stable pallets and properly stage orders for shipment
- Verify product codes, quantities, and lot numbers for accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety guidelines
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have Pallet Jack Experience
- Must have prior cold storage experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
