Your New Role:
The Bilingual Customer Care Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents and applicants in a fast-paced residential property environment. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, assisting callers with documentation questions, and helping ensure required forms and information are completed accurately.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist customers in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a call center or office environment and enjoy helping customers resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a call center environment and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Provide high-quality customer service to residents, applicants, and internal staff
- Assist callers with completing forms and submitting required documentation
- Review submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base
- Direct callers to appropriate departments or resources when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to track information, prepare documentation, and maintain records
- Enter and update resident and applicant information in Yardi property management software systems
- Support administrative tasks and general office operations assigned
- Ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an office environment, administrative support role, property management, leasing, or customer service environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish required – must be able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using Yardi property management software systems or similar property management software preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
