Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Assembler to support manufacturing operations by assembling precision components and products using a variety of tools and equipment. In this role, you will follow job travelers, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure products are assembled accurately and meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, strong hand-tool skills, and the ability to maintain consistent production output.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and products according to job travelers, blueprints, and work instructions
- Gather and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for assembly processes
- Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
- Inspect components using precision measurement tools to ensure proper fit and quality
- Identify and report defective parts or equipment malfunctions
- Rework or repair assemblies as required according to engineering specifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
