Job Description
The Production Coordinator serves as the primary connection between Project Management and Manufacturing within the 2D collateral division. This role is responsible for scheduling all aspects of production and ensuring materials, resources, and equipment are aligned with production timelines. The Production Coordinator helps maintain accurate production schedules and communicates updates with internal teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring all work sent to the production floor is accurate and ready for execution.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and maintain the production timeline for internal manufacturing equipment
• Act as the main liaison between Project Management and Manufacturing teams
• Communicate production timelines and updates with appropriate departments
• Monitor production progress and maintain communication with the production floor
• Ensure all production files and materials are accurate before reaching the production team

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years of production scheduling or related experience
• Experience in print, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with job tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The base pay range for this position is $37,440–$43,680 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
