Job Description
The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for organizing data for reports, evaluating performance measures, and improving systems used to track program outcomes within Refugee Resettlement programs. This role ensures compliance with grant requirements, maintains accurate documentation, and supports the development of program evaluation strategies. The specialist works closely with the Program Director and department staff to maintain quality standards and enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, discretion with confidential information, and a strong commitment to serving refugee communities in a diverse work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of refugee resettlement grants with official guidelines, including oversight of documentation and file reviews
- Organize and maintain data tracking systems; assist with program evaluation, reporting, and performance measurement
- Research and collaborate in grant writing and assist in developing or updating training materials and evaluation tools
- Attend meetings, staff retreats, community events, and assist with special organizational projects as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate degree required
- Two (2) years of related experience may substitute for education
- One (1) year of experience in social work or within a refugee program
- Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively in a diverse setting

The base pay range for this position is $47,840–$47,840 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
