Job Description
As a Tapping Operator, you will operate and monitor tapping machines used in the production of automotive fasteners and nuts. This role ensures parts are threaded to precise specifications while maintaining quality and production standards. You will inspect finished products, make minor machine adjustments, and maintain a safe and organized work area. Training will be conducted on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

· Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
· Perform minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance
· Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
· Ability to use basic measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
· Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

The base salary range for this position is $36,000–$41,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
