Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for operating pilot equipment during the development of tape products and performing a wide variety of testing activities to support the development and evaluation of pressure sensitive take products. This position will also conduct equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to all safety practices
- Follow environmental regulations related to the handling, storage, and disposal of materials
- Execute experiments and project work as directed by scientist and engineers
- Maintain records of laboratory test results and experimental observations
- Ensure effective implementation of preventative maintenance programs for testing and process equipment
- Conduct minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in product development and/or laboratory testing
- Associate’s degree in science, technology or equivalent experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products for recording data and documenting reports
- Good mechanical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
