Our client has partnered with property owners throughout the Midwest and is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial, retail, office, and industrial properties. As the property manager, you will ensure smooth operations, improve efficiency through new systems and procedures, and enable our clients' businesses to thrive.

Your New Role as the Commercial Property Manager:
- Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties and act as primary contact with owners.
- Prepare timely reports and develop/control annual budgets.
- Forecast management plans and monitor performance metrics.
- Oversee marketing, operations, financial activities, and collections.
- Review tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
- Contract and supervise vendor services as required.
- Lead and support an exceptional accounting, maintenance, and leasing team.
- Develop business relationships through networking and organizations.
Your Experience as the Commercial Property Manager:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
- A degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in client/tenant relations and vendor management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
- Nebraska Real Estate license preferred, must live within 6 months.
