Job Description
As a Picker / Packer, you will support daily warehouse operations by picking, sorting, and packing product accurately and efficiently. This role is essential to meeting production and shipping goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
Pick items accurately from inventory using order lists or instructions
Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
Label packages and verify correct quantities before shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Meet productivity and quality expectations for your assigned shift
Qualifications and Requirements
No prior experience required (training provided)
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
