Job Description
The Safety, Quality & Environmental Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining OSHA-compliant safety programs, quality systems, and environmental initiatives across multiple business units. This role partners closely with leadership and frontline teams to reduce risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in training, audits, investigations, and fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain OSHA-compliant safety, quality, and environmental programs
- Conduct job hazard analyses, risk assessments, inspections, and internal audits
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Deliver employee and leadership training, onboarding, and refresher programs
- Manage OSHA logs, workers’ compensation claims, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections while tracking corrective actions
- Partner with operations to resolve quality issues and improve processes, safety, and efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in safety, quality, and/or environmental management
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, training, and investigations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse work environments
Preferred:
- OSHA 30, CSP, ASP, CQE, or similar certifications
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

The base salary range for this position is $86,000–$115,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
