What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle accounting operations, including financial reporting and inventory oversight
- Partner with senior leadership to analyze performance and drive profitability
- Manage and develop the accounting team while strengthening processes and controls
- Oversee multiple revenue streams and ensure accurate month-end close
- Maintain cash flow visibility and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, general ledger management, and internal controls
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate financial insights effectively
