Job Description
As a Warehouse Loader, you will assist with shrink wrapping and loading outbound shipments while ensuring materials are protected from damage during transit. You will visually inspect materials for non-conformances and verify accuracy using pick ticket information. This role requires attention to detail, forklift experience, and the ability to properly match shipments to loading forms. Responsibilities:
- Ensure designated equipment (forklifts, pickers, crane, hand tools, etc.) is in proper working condition
- Package and shrink wrap materials securely for shipment
- Utilize pick ticket information to verify and record pallet details accurately
- Match shipments to loading forms and ensure correct materials are loaded
- Photograph loaded products for verification and properly complete required documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have forklift experience
- PVF and RF Scanner experience a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

The base pay range for this position is $33,280–$37,440 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
