Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting order entry, invoicing, and customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, vendors, and the sales team to ensure timely processing and effective resolution of questions or concerns. This position is essential to maintaining strong relationships and delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders, credits, and invoicing information in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to support customer accounts and ensure satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, checking mail/faxes, and processing sample or special orders
- Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6–12 months of customer service or related experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
