Job Description
The IBC Nut Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating IBC (Industrial Bolts & Components) nut forming machines to produce high-quality fasteners. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor machine performance to ensure production and quality standards are met. The operator will perform inspections, make machine adjustments, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor machine performance to ensure production and quality standards are met. The operator will perform inspections, make machine adjustments, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate IBC nut forming machines
· Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
· Perform routine tooling changes and minor mechanical repairs
· Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
· Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
· Record production and quality data accurately in the system
· Maintain proper material flow and ensure production efficiency
· Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Prior machine operation experience required (fastener or cold forming experience preferred)
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
· Ability to read blueprints and understand product specifications
· Basic math skills and ability to use measuring equipment
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
· Ability to meet post-offer testing requirements, including background check and drug screen
