Job Description
The Architect is responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and coordination. This role oversees multidisciplinary teams, manages schedules and staffing, and ensures design packages meet technical, regulatory, and client requirements. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven background managing complex projects, including Department of Defense work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from design through construction documentation
- Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
- Manage project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation to meet deadlines
- Oversee production of design development and construction document packages
- Collaborate with cost estimating teams to support accurate project budgeting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing architectural projects
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
- Proficiency with AutoDesk AEC suite including Revit and AutoCAD; Bluebeam required
- Experience with Department of Defense design and contract documentation preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-160,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
