Job Description
In this role, you will serve as a Data Analyst Consultant with a strong FP&A orientation, focused on enabling executive leadership with clear, visual insight into key performance indicators (KPIs). The primary objective of this role is to build intuitive Power BI dashboards that allow executives to quickly understand business performance, trends, and key drivers.
You will partner closely with finance leadership to identify critical KPIs, extract and validate data from multiple systems, and transform that data into executive-ready visualizations. This role is not focused on data architecture, but rather on end-to-end analytics that translate complex information into meaningful, decision-driving insights.
Responsibilities:
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems including ERP platforms, SQL Server, and data warehouses
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs that clearly communicate business performance
• Support FP&A initiatives such as margin analysis, price-volume-mix analysis, forecasting, and trend reporting
• Develop analytics and visualizations to support capacity planning and operational throughput visibility
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for finance and leadership teams
• Collaborate with internal data teams and external partners to understand data structures, schemas, and availability
• Continuously improve reporting accuracy, usability, and relevance as business needs evolve

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong background in FP&A, financial analysis, or business analytics
• Hands-on experience with data extraction from ERP systems and SQL-based sources
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard and KPI development
• Ability to independently identify where data resides and how best to extract and use it
• Strong business and financial acumen with a focus on decision support
