Job Description
The City of Houston’s Health and Human Services department is looking for an experienced Sr Customer Service Clerk for a 3–4-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry processing permit fees enter and assign complaints.
- Answering phones, scanning manifests, processing applications for mobile unit programs, and EMS. Respond to all program’s administrative functions.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
- Will work between 8000 North Stadium Drive and 7427 Park Place
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or a GED.
- One year of customer service-related experience is required.
