Job Description
The purpose of this position is to target and recruit potential customers to generate first appointments for the outside sales team. The focus of each Client Acquisition Specialist is to promote recurring commercial cleaning services within the Columbus, Central GA, and Auburn, AL regions as designated by the JAN-PRO office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a number of dials per hour as identified in monthly goals.
- Secure first appointments with potential customers for commercial cleaning services.
- Maintain accurate daily records of prospect contacts for targeting and re-targeting follow up.
- Create marketing and networking efforts to generate additional opportunities in your sales pipeline.
- Quality review sales proposals before they are delivered by the outside sales professional.
- Uphold JAN-PRO Brand Standards and Procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Confidence and ability to cold call individuals to promote services
- Previous sales experience required of calling on customers in sales and telemarketing role
- Knowledge of use of the internet and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Ability to document detailed and accurate prospect and client information in electronic database.
- High School Diploma or GED
