Job Description
The CPU Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of general labor temporary employees within a light industrial and warehousing environment. This role serves as the on-site program lead, ensuring workforce readiness, safety compliance, productivity, and client satisfaction. The Program Manager partners closely with warehouse leadership, staffing teams, and vendors to ensure consistent labor coverage, operational efficiency, and adherence to CPU program standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily deployment, attendance, and performance of general labor temporary employees
- Manage labor forecasts, headcount planning, and shift coverage
- Monitor productivity metrics, quality standards, and operational KPIs
- Coach and discipline employees in alignment with company and client policies
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track attendance, turnover, productivity, and safety metrics
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or workforce management
- Experience overseeing 50+ employees
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety and operational workflows
- Experience managing CPU, MSP, or onsite staffing programs
- Knowledge of timekeeping, labor tracking, or WMS systems
