Job Description
As a CNC Machinist I, you will set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components within specified tolerances. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, inspection equipment, and ISO procedures. You will work with both manual and CNC equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization with long-term potential.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Operate manual and CNC machining equipment
- Inspect finished parts to ensure tolerance and quality standards are met
- Receive bar stock and verify material type, length, and dimensions
- Follow ISO procedures and support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior CNC machining experience required
- 3–5 years of pipe yard and forklift experience
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

The base pay range for this position is $37,440–$43,680 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
