Job Description
Join a well-established manufacturer of air conditioning units as a Production Painter III (Wet Coat). In this role, you will support production by preparing, spraying, and handling parts using liquid paint systems while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities
- Apply liquid/wet coat paint using spray equipment per work instructions
- Monitor paint coverage, thickness, and finish quality
- Perform basic surface prep as needed (cleaning, masking, inspection)
- Maintain a clean and organized paint area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and attendance expectations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Ability to work quickly while following instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to complete pre-employment screening
