Job Description
Join a well-established manufacturer of air conditioning units as an Industrial Painter – Wash Line. This role supports the painting process by preparing parts through cleaning, washing, and handling prior to coating. You will play a critical role in ensuring parts meet quality standards before entering the paint process. This is a facial-hair-friendly environment with consistent hours and long-term potential.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts onto the wash line and conveyors
- Operate and monitor wash line equipment per work instructions
- Ensure parts are properly cleaned and prepared prior to painting
- Inspect parts for cleanliness, defects, or damage before coating
- Perform basic material handling and staging of parts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash line area
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Ability to work quickly while following instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to complete pre-employment screening

The base salary for this position is $18/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
