Job Description
In this role, you will serve as the Controller and primary financial leader for a manufacturing facility in Mason, OH while also supporting reporting responsibilities for an additional location. This is a hands-on, plant-facing role with no direct reports, designed for someone who enjoys being close to operations, driving improvement, and managing a wide variety of financial activities.
You will work onsite daily, partnering closely with plant leadership and operations to support forecasting, planning, close, and continuous improvement initiatives within a multi-location environmental manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as Controller and financial lead for the Mason, OH manufacturing facility
• Provide financial guidance and leadership to plant management
• Own month-end close, rollups, and consolidation activities
• Support reporting responsibilities for an additional manufacturing location
• Partner with operations on forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
• Lead and participate in finance-related project work while managing timelines
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Manufacturing accounting experience is required
• Candidates coming directly from public accounting with manufacturing clients are welcome
• Experience with rollups and/or consolidations
• Strong understanding of plant-level financial operations
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Mason, OH

The base salary range for this position is $110000 – $130000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
