What You’ll Do:
- Own the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Lead and mentor a small accounting team while building strong processes and accountability
- Partner closely with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions
- Improve accounting systems, controls, and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Play a hands-on role in audits, compliance, and continuous process improvement
